Care Philosophy

Doctor Sawyer's 20+ years of training and practice in Psychiatry, Family Medicine and Holistic Integrative Medicine provide him with a breadth of knowledge to provide a well rounded treatment experience for his patients. In addition to traditional psychiatric and medication treatment Dr. Sawyer is a board certified Holistic Physician and uses a variety of psychotherapy and mind-body approaches such as Hypnosis, EMDR,and HeartMath. Dr. Sawyer is also trained in Mindfulness meditation and Yoga.

Announcements

As of December 1, 2007 Dr. Sawyer is now a BOARD CERTIFIED HOLISTIC PHYSICIAN. Dr. Sawyer participated in holistic medicine training with the Scripps Clinic in San Diego California and recently took and passed the American Board of Holistic Medicine certifying exam in October 2007.
